TOS

➤ Payment is through PayPa, Ko-fi l or Patreon

➤ I work with a 50/50 payment system (half after sketch, half when the piece is halfway done) — we can split it more if needed

➤ Prices are not negotiable, but feel free to ask if you’re unsure about anything

➤ Extra characters or very complex designs may increase the price

➤ I have the right to refuse any commission if I’m not comfortable with it

➤ Please try to provide clear references and details so I can give you the best result

➤ Make sure I have a way to easily contact you (Discord is preferred!)

➤ I work on a flexible schedule, so I can’t promise exact deadlines, but I’ll do my best to finish as soon as I can

➤ I’ll keep you updated with WIPs throughout the process

➤ Revisions are totally okay in early stages (sketch/lineart), so don’t hesitate to ask!

➤ Big changes might not be possible after flat coloring starts, so please let me know earlier if something feels off

➤ Refunds aren’t available after lineart/flat coloring has started

➤ If something happens on my side and I can’t finish, you’ll get a refund

➤ If I haven’t updated you in 3+ months, you’re free to cancel and request a refund

➤ I, as the artist, own the artwork and may post or use it for my portfolio, socials, etc.

➤ You’re absolutely welcome to use it for personal use, repost it (with credit @verch_knyaz), or print it

➤ Commercial use isn’t allowed unless we discuss it beforehand (extra fees may apply)

➤ Things like streaming, profile pictures, or personal promo are okay with credit

➤ Please DON’T:

— claim the artwork as your own

— remove my watermark

— sell or profit from the artwork without permission

— use it for AI training or similar

➤ I may use commissions as examples unless you tell me beforehand that you’d prefer I don’t

➤ If you’ve read everything, tell me your favorite color when messaging me :P
