While Leto is not considered a death deity, in some regional cults, specifically in the region Anatolian of Lycia, many revered her as a goddess of the grave, whose protection extended into the realm of death.
Another story, I didn't find until now, was the aftermath of the birth of Apollo and Artemis in Ovid’s Metamorphosis, a tired and thirsty Leto wandered the earth until she came upon a spring in Lycia, local Lycian peasants spitefully stirred up the mud at the bottom of the spring to prevent Leto and the infant twins from having clean water. Angered by their cruelty and inhospitality, Leto cursed the peasants by transforming them into frogs.
Adding the potential of frogs being a symbol of her rage of inhospitality of those Lycian peasants.
Notes to add: Some stories are not always clear about the birth of Artemis and Apollo, one myth I grew up on stated Artemis was born first and soon aided her mother giving birth to Apollo, others like the hymn in the previous post discuss Dione, Rhiea, and even Themis is mentioned. So like all stories it depends on interpretation and what you believe. There is some differing interpretation in ancient times, as we often do now.
Dark-veiled Leto, revered goddess, mother of twins,
great-souled daughter of Koios, queen to whom many pray,
to your lot fell the birth pains for Zeus' fair children.
you bore Phoibos and arrow-pouring Artemis,
her on Ortygia, him on rocky Delos.
Hear, lady goddess, come with favor in your heart
to bring a sweet end to this all-holy rite.
Translation by Apostolos N. Athanassakis (revised edition)
Some of this will be my personal opinion based on research and intuition. (MPO)
If you worship her alone, venerate her children, that's an important aspect as visa versa. Venerate Leto if you worship either Artemis or Apollo.
Frankincense and myrrh incense as an offering.
Usage of roosters and potential frog imagery.
Offerings of dates, palm tree branches or visuals of palm trees if you have none nearby, in remembrance of her endurance on Delos as well as a call back to the ancient offerings once given.
Libations of honeyed wine or water.
MPO Supporting and helping the pregnant women in your life, even after birth, aid is most certainly necessary to the child, yes, but as well as to the mother, absolutely.
MPO Donating money, clothes, or canned food to women's shelters, Leto wandered much in pregnancy and after, helping other women who are stuck in desperate situations. Meanwhile it's always important to help them regardless if they have children or not, some of those women do and need help surviving, in heart and Leto’s name and honor.
MPO Donating to children's charities; kids in war torn countries or any trusted funding that provides food to impoverished communities, ect...ect.
MPO If you veil, veil in her honor or the chosen days you worship her, veil. Up to you primarily.
Bake in her honor and present those goods to her.
Craft symbolic items or make clay figurines in her likeness, however she appears to you.
MPO Considering her role in Anatolian, Lycia, as a defender of graves. Go to graveyards in her honor and ask for the protection of said graves to your dear family members on the other side.
MPO Honor deceased family members by showing her a photo or a token they loved in life. That personal connection will create a deeper connection with her.
Embody her endurance and her rage, she's not just a mother but a strong Goddess in every aspect.
There's an aura of mystery with Leto, discover and learn more about her through personal connections, the rest will follow.
