i’ve fasted for 546 hours this month, this is the most hours of fasts i’ve done so far.

the “perfect” idea of ed is so harmful. i don’t feel valid bc i don’t fit the beauty standards that irls holds. i’ve struggled with ed for as long as i can remember and i still don’t feel valid enough to tell people because i’m not stick thin

buying new clothes triggers me sm i just can’t do it. especially oversized stuff

whenever i get hurt i make it my goal to “work on myself” by fasting..

when u try and binge but ur stomach has shrunk too much

having ur mum say “me too” when u say ur hungry or when u said u haven’t eaten all day so u need food she says “me either, get used to it” 🥰🥰🥰

i want to get down to 8 stone but i don’t have a scale and no where to get weighed
