A month or so ago, I started a little project cataloguing the English battle quotes of OT0 travelers, ostensibly for Tomodachi Life shenanigans but also just to have them. And of course Xerc has the best voice lines! So I took inspiration from those t-shirts that show a character's expressions for various emotions and did that for Xerc quotes! It was a lot of fun, even though I couldn't fit in all my favorites (I'm quite partial to "I call upon the frozen tempest!").

I finally got around to trying Scholar Tower floor 5 EX 2 again this morning, and I won! Viola EX impressed me! She was the primary DPS and did more damage than I expected. Rondo EX was great too, but he needs more investment to maximize his damage. Plus I keep mixing up Icy Waves and Storm Surge and Raging Waves which doesn't help 😂. He has potential though! Xerc did his second Hyper Catalysis ever and got a Huge Success this time! I clearly need to do it more since his ult then did more damage than I've ever seen.

I have the video too, but it's not that interesting ngl. Pretty sloppy and lots of pauses considering my only plan going in was ice DPS and Glacial Inlet for setting up HP barriers because I thought that granted Icy Waves not Raging Waves. It worked out well however! This seems like a fun fight to optimize if I can count the shield shave properly.

I finally finished my Bella & Sazantos comic! Thank you so much to @toxiccoswynaut for the wonderful request! What began as Bella bothering Sazantos became a little story about the sibling bond that grows between Sazantos and the chosen one with plenty of sibling pestering to go along with it. I also got to show more of Bella's personality here. Although it ostensibly takes place in my Tomodachi Life AU, I think the general aspects of the two's interactions still apply to their OT0 counterparts. This is my longest comic by far, and I'm really happy with how it came out!

So I decided to try the Dread EX3 sword cascade log this morning and beat it without too many issues! I picked no automatic revival, shield points +10, and shield points +5 for my challenges. Turns out repeated strikes resistance is practically a non-issue when Hawk of Orsterra + Arrow of Farewell exists! I didn't record it, but Arrow of Farewell's second hit did over 1 million against Herminia the Huntress so 2 million Phenn ult is certainly possible with enough damage limit up! Accessory is vaguely interesting for more passive sword res down, and even without that it's a good stat stick.

So after seeing @toxiccoswynaut's Orsazantos clear and realizing that the boss has a) lots of health, b) manageable attacks, and c) convenient weaknesses, I thought I'd give it a shot! It worked out well despite one or two instances of skills I needed to use being silenced, and I hit a new one-turn damage record of 9 million! Hikari just debuffs at this point. I think it's time to experiment with another new addition now that I have a good benchmark, probably Molrusso EX.
