Hi everyone! I've had a crazy few days. A-level results came out on tuesday and I missed my cambridge offer. I managed to get A*s in maths and further maths and As in physics and chemistry, but unfortunately as my offer was subject specific I didn't quite qualify. Luckily for me, I got put in the summer pool and ended up being picked by my first choice college, but for entry in 2022. So, I've decided to take a gap year! I'm looking forward to seeing what this next year holds for me. I hope everyone else's grades were everything they hoped!
I've created some word banks! The titles were really fun to do. Hopefully can manage to memorize all of these words
Hi again! Sorry for not posting in forever, I've been obsessed with minecraft and not studying so much. I'm starting to get worried I'll be the least intelligent at university so I'm going to keep studying. I've noticed I cant remember how to solve so many maths problems as well which is making me a bit worried. I'll try to keep posting regularly from now on.
I'm still only studying Japanese right now, but I'm still planning on starting an online course soon. Hopefully then my posts will look a but different from each other rather than the same style of notes all the time.
I've also started reading 'Death on the Nile' by Agatha Christie, and so far it's really got me hooked! I love the way the characters are depicted, they really feel like real people.

I've started studying japanese again using a book called 'Practical Japanese' by Jun Maeda. Languages have never been my strong suit, so I am trying to get out of my comfort zone.
Recently I have also finished reading a book for the first time in years. After I started A-levels I found it very difficult to continue reading for pleasure, but now that I have left I am trying to get back into things i used to enjoy. Hopefully in the coming months i will be able to read a lot more!
I've spent the first few days cleaning and reorganizing my bookshelf. I've also started reading a lot more! When my depression got a lot worse I lost the motivation to relax and read, and I'm so glad that I have the time to start reading again.
I've finally had my last day! I'm quite lost as to what to do now until university. I think I'm going to do online courses, so I'll keep sharing my notes with you from those. What else would you like to see? I'm also trying to get more into drawing if you'd like me to post photos of those.
I've also passed on my organic chemistry notes. I'm hoping that the person I gave then to finds them as useful as I did.
Thank you all for keeping me motivated to keep studying during my A-levels!
Halfway through my mini exams! Only 8 more to go then its over. My current chemistry average is 87% so I'm hoping that if I keep it up itll be enough to boost my grade. I'll keep working as hard as I can :)
Had my second physics mini and first maths mini today, I think they went well but I guess I'll have to wait and see!

Prepping for my next mini tests! It's so hard to find practise questions for these so I'm just focusing on notes for now.
Only a couple more days to go until my first exam, even though I'm so nervous I'm still finding it hard to motivate myself to do practise exams. I find having sounds in the background helpful, so hopefully I'll be able to do a lot more today
Sorry for not posting in a while, I've been receiving back the marks from my mocks recently and mini tests are about to start so I'm very nervous. On the plus side, I managed to pull off an A in further maths so I'm very pleased. Only 4 weeks left of school and then it's finally over for good π
Late night organic chemistry marking! It's by far my worst topic so I need to really work on it more. On the plus side, I just got 71% on my practice paper π I hope this practice pays off π€
First exam is tomorrow! I've been feeling down a lot lately so I've been studying less, so I'm hoping it'll go well π€

Mocks are finally over! Now onto studying for the next half in 2 weeks :/ The upside is that I've finished my organic chemistry flashcards so I can take walks and still feel productive :)
Sorry I havent posted in a while, exam papers are less easy to take aesthetic photos of :/ In the meantime, here is a photo of my cat sat with me while I study! I've also cleaned my room, which I havent done since I experienced a depressive episode a year ago. Now my desk is so beautiful ππ
