i want to make banana & cream oatmeal with homemade sweetened condensed almond milk tomorrow i will make it reality

we finally replaced our broken air fryer and have started using it it’s nice to have crispy stuff again and i can’t wait to start making tofu n stuff again and im going to ask wife to make tofu rice bowls soon i miss tofu

feeling nervous and flittery

i almost ran out of fruit this week (no cherries left just 1 apple) so tmrw at the store getting moooore fruit and going to ask for some canned peaches too bc it’s been far too long since i’ve had any and it will be fruit accessible even if i run out of my fridge fruit

i want to eat cereal

asked problematic coworker to do something at the end of the day today and while he did it he was a bit snarky and like irritated with me about it. talking to my manager tuesday morning bc i don’t like being put in this position 🙃

but also i just checked where i normally buy my pants and they don’t have my styles anymore and they don’t have anything even remotely similar and that was the only brand i really buy from because the other brand i buy from got bought by shein so they’re evil so i can’t buy from them anymore so now im freaking out because i need my soft pants and i dont even know where to get them anymore and actually this is going to cause me to spiral

ugh okay now both pairs of my fav work pants now officially have holes :(((( i want to learn to patch them but i also think i need to buy a new pair of pants but my taste in pants tends to be more “expensive organic cotton” type so i can’t really afford them right now :(( maybe will go thrifting….. idk

work is busy and we’re very very behind. to my very happy surprise tho one of my fav coworkers is the one who ended up coming to help today, we used to sometimes work together but now he’s at a different branch so i actually haven’t seen him in like 10 months😭 so seeing him today actually did make my day a lot better. but we’re so behind at work that i’ve decided it’s actually a good thing that it’s like this because manager needs to see it like this. i don’t think it’ll make a difference but if we keep killing ourself at work to try and keep up they’ll never think we need more staff soooo sorry im taking it a little easy today it’s going to be a wreck for tomorrow whether i try really hard or not lol there’s simply not enough time or manpower.

honestly i’m so tired if i hadn’t got that text from my manager i probably would have called out today lol. idk i woke up tired and upset and now i just feel worn out

manager called out today because she’s at the emergency vet with her cat :( i think we’re getting help for a few hours from another branch once we open but it’s probably going to be an extra challenge today still

keep crying at the stupidest smallest things i just feel like im constantly about to burst at the seams and all my ancient sadness is going to come spilling out

folded my laundry and got another load put in, then unloaded the dishwasher and cleared the few dishes in the sink. now just waiting for wife to get home i’m tired

going to make a decaf iced latte well i guess not technically a latte im just using instant coffee lol
