napped for an hour, now gonna start getting ready for work here in a few. i’m tired tbh

i cleaned the cat boxes and took the trash out, before going to work this afternoon i’m also going to do the dishes and maybe clean the toilet

gonna prep my cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches today i’ve been browsing some recipes and i want to marinate my cucumbers in vinegar but im afraid it’ll end up making them too wet for taking the sandwich to work so im not going to try that today, instead im just going to do plain cucumbers, cream cheese and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning on top

time for nightly anxiety i always get the tummy flutters, my heart rate increases, i begin feeling restless

my wife woke me up from my nap after i’d been napping about 3 hours bc she was worried i wouldn’t sleep tonight and when i woke up i felt like i could just have kept sleeping all the way thru the night but now im feeling a bit more refreshed and awake lol…

wife & i are going to target to finally get a new air fryer since ours died a while back. when we were visiting with my wife’s family we had mentioned needing one in front of her grandma and so she just went and gave us $250 in cash for it. 😭 i love grandmas and i hope i can be that kind of grandma one day. not like a real grandma just like a metaphorical one.

i honestly cannot believe they keep letting mel robbins publish 300 page books full of bullshit that just boils down to advice like “you can get out of $800k in debt and completely change your life if you simply follow this one rule…. whenever you want to do something but don’t feel like it, just count down from 5 and then do it! watch your life transform!!” like okayy grifter

trying to figure out what to make for lunches this week but feeling indecisive and like i don’t want any of it so im just going to take english muffin, cream cheese and cucumber sandwiches

not falling asleep for some reason it’s getting pretty late tho

finally home thank god the aquarium was good dinner was fine i just ended up getting fish and chips i’m just really exhausted now. we went to starbucks with friends before wife and i headed home and my friends husband ignored google maps when it told him not to take a particular route and it took us 45 mins to get there bc the baseball game had just let out and traffic was absolutely fucked it was very annoying lol
