Banana bread, oatmeal, coffee... I'm ready for AUTUMN🍂🍁

Nowadays polish supermarkets are full of vegan food, for example: Lidl, Tesco, Kaufland. Products have special “vegan” markings. There are many vegan restaurants in Kraków too. It’s really easy to eat vegan in Poland. 

I eat intuitively. On the days I don’t do yoga I usually do exercises from yt(my fav are from Rebbeca Louise!) For example, one day I focus on leg exercises, another day I do pilates. My exercises are different, it depends on my mood. And especially I love workouts from Ewa Chodakowska!(polish trainer). Really recommend her yt & instagram. :)

In Polish, we pronounce my name “E-dy-ta”, as it is written. Thank u. x
