Loaded up in California and headed to a new home in North Carolina. Can't wait for it to get here.

Finalizing the deal on this bus and arranging shipping from CA to NC. Can't wait to get it here and start adventures with it. Every VW is an adventure, whether or not you expect it.

Slowing gathering items for the retro hippie road trip. Trying not to take anything newer than 1970 where possible. That means no digital music. Taking a vintage 1964 portable record player for the vinyl.

Going through my old albums trying to get a selection to take on a very special VW road trip next spring. Using a 1964 Sears portable record player to listen to the vinyl. Trying not to take anything newer than 1970 on the trip although I know there will have to be some new items, I am going to keep it to a minimum. We will take vintage reproductions where the old items are not available if possible. Just trying to find the old items is going to be half the fun of the trip and one reason it will be next spring before I go.
