LUX occupied herself with the cellular device in the palm of her hands, sifting through and replying to e-mails and text messages as she awaited SKY’S arrival for the dinner meeting the pair were in correspondence about. Glancing up from her phone once she saw a figure approaching the table, she was glad to see that it was Sky and she stood up to greet the woman. “Hey, beautiful! How are you?” Lux embraced her in a quick hug before reclaiming her seat at the table across from the other woman. “Do you drink? I ordered wine for us and I hope you don’t mind.” She motioned towards the wine bottle nestled in the ice bucket on their table, allowing Sky to get comfortable before easing into the premise of this meeting.
