We had the privilege of doing a new nostril and septum piercing for Farah recently. 

For the new nostril (pictured on our left, their right) they picked out a yellow gold hammered disc from Anatometal. 

For their septum they picked out this stunning NikiStixx from BVLA. A solid yellow gold layered hinge ring with a stack of two 18g rings, a twisted ring,  and a cable chain.
