This prototype cigar box started with selecting a solid block of wood, Spanish Cedar was the wood of choice because the oils in the wood are believed to impart a better flavor to the cigars and help marry the cigar blends. The wood block was then run through a state of the art CNC machine which uses a computer generated blueprint to router the wood and give a high-quality finish. The box was then fitted with a magnetic seal and solid brass hinges to give the exterior a clean sleek look. Finishing touches include the Vaps Brand insignia laser engraved on the front lid with the brand mantra "A Simpler Time" inscribed on the inner lid. These boxes are made to order and available through the vapsbrand.com store and ephin.com.
