Sounds to me like you’re killing that mom life. I’m glad to hear it’s everything you wanted. Yeah, definitely - one day. You’ve got to prepare him first though. Meeting the coolest person he ever will at such a young age might be a little overwhelming. So he takes after his mom then, huh? 

Still as cocky as ever, aren’t you? You succeed in that every time I’m around you in one way or another. Both. I’m filming a horror movie in Vancouver, your friend Richard is in it with me actually. And then right into Riverdale. We only get a short hiatus because of everything. It is, even on the hard days, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. But you see, he already met Drew. You’re a little late to the party on that one. Not even a little bit. He’s got my lips, but aside from that he’s got blonde hair, blue eyes, light skin. He’s a mini-Michael. Super frustrating after I gave him my body for 9 months.

No, I don’t think so. Besides, it’s not like I’m ever going to say no to a night involving wine. I promise to bring at least a 6 month level conversation at best. That makes sense. Plus I’d imagine any of the focus you can have just goes right to your son. I can obviously only relate to a little of what you went through but I can say with all the confidence that you’re strong as hell. Not many could be fighting through like you. I’ve been okay. I went back home for awhile and I guess you could say the last thing I expected was to run into her but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. Don’t get me wrong - it was bad but not that bad if that makes any sense. 

Thank god. All my other friends are either working or on vacations, so I’ve been stranded and alone. I have a movie coming up and then Riverdale starts again so I’ll be stuck in Vancouver forever, but I have a few more days here in LA. You have no idea just how much of a difference that 6 month level is to a 5 month, it’ll be the best conversation I’ve had in weeks. I don’t know if I’d say I’m strong as hell, but thank you. Not really any other options when there’s a tiny person depending on you for everything. I get it completely. Whenever my ex-husband and I have to talk about River or he comes to see him, it’s the same way. How was seeing her though?

It is a little weird, yeah. We’ve missed out on the whole ‘drink wine and complain about your exes’ thing, I guess. How’re you doing after all that?

Is it too late to do that now? I could use some wine nights, and someone to talk to besides by 5 month old. He’s not a great conversationalist, surprising I know. I’m doing pretty good, I think. A lot has happened and changed in my life for the last year so it’s been hard to focus on certain things for too long. Break up, get married, get pregnant, get a divorce, and then have a baby all while working. What about you after everything with Eliza?

Life’s pretty good. This Texas girl is thriving living that cowboy life these days. What about you? How’s serpent life and more importantly, mom life? 

You look pretty hot as a cowgirl. I never knew it was something I’d find attractive until now. You always gotta go around changing my life in some way or another. Serpent life is good, we’re done for the season but don’t have too long of a break. Mom is life is everything. It’s exhausting and exhilarating all at once, and the best thing to ever happen to me. You have to meet River one day, he’s the cutest thing in the world.
