The Star.

Evren bathes in the Star's welcoming warmth. Its enlightenment and inspiration soft on their scarred skin.

Yes, Evren is leaning more towards identifying as non-binary. To them, being a young woman is "disabling". They are fine with being referred to as 'she/her' but, personally for them, they don't see themsel(f) as a 'she/her'. They don't want to be any gender. It's not a necessity for them to grip onto gender roles or norms associated with their biological sex. Instead, they are more comfortable in their scarred, bruised skin being "nothing".

"It's like being a ghost when I'm... myself. When I'm nothing and everything I want to be. I feel a refreshing sense of freedom as a ghost! I can slip through anything! I can escape. As a teenage girl, I'm a bag of flesh... I am trapped and not what I want to be."

The Star gleams its soft, warm light as it presents itself to them. They walk into the Star's light, welcoming it with wide, glassy eyes.

"Finally.... Freedom."

I really like how soft and light I was able to make this tarot card. Its softness makes me smile proudly at it and at myself.

Evren is non-binary (they/them pronouns). This was not the case when I first created them (her at the time), though; however, Evren does not mind being referred to as a her or she because what they identify themsel(f) matters the most to them.

The IV of Cups.

She stands unmoving and uncertain. Her blue eyes are quietly set ablaze as she looks away from the four cups presented to her. Each cup swirls round and round her, asking her to peek inside of them. Her beaming red hair is her shield from the four cups. The cups are graciously holding gifts for her! Each gift is an opportunity and with each opportunity she ignores the blue of her eyes fade.

Will she ever peek inside?

The girl on my original tarot card is Sylias, my OC (original character if you aren't familiar)! One day, I was subtly hit with an urge to create my own tarot card deck and thought, 'Hmm... It'd be really cool if I create at least one tarot card with an OC on it...' Then BOOM!!! I created my IV of Cups tarot card with my character Sylias on it. There is a story that I have been formulating for a couple of years now with her being one of the main protagonists, but I feel uncertain about revealing any details on the internet... I'd feel much safer just presenting my artwork of my characters for now!!
