Late in the evening the apartment was quiet except for the soft sounds of Baekhyun's humming while scrolling through his phone.

You looked up from the other end of the couch, already fighting a smile.

You'd seen this TikTok trend that have been going around. You'd been waiting all day for the right moment to try it

"Baekhyun." you called.

"Hm?"

"I found Yusung on Tinder."

That got his attention immediately. A little too fast even

His head snapped up. Almost giving himself a whiplash "You found Yusung on Tinder?"

"Yeah."

For a second, you braced yourself for his reaction

Then Baekhyun's face lit up "No way."

He sat up straighter, phone forgotten "Seriously?"

You nodded, barely containing your grin

"Finally!" he exclaimed

You blinked. Once, twice trying to understand the situation. "What?" You exclaimed confusingly

He sounded genuinely delighted.

"You don't understand. Do you know how many blind dates I've arranged for him?"

You stared at him.

He looked personally victimized.

A laugh threatened to escape you.

You snorted.

He was smiling to himself now, looking absurdly proud.

You opened your mouth. Then closed it. Failing to find the right words to say

You narrowed your eyes.

"I suspected."

"Since when?"

"Since the suspicious little smile you had before saying 'I found Yusung on Tinder.'"

You covered your face with your hands.

He burst out laughing.

"You were so confident!" he said between laughs. "You really thought you had me."

"You were supposed to panic!"

"I know!" he laughed. "But you said Yunsung was on Tinder and my first thought was, 'Thank God, it's about time.'"

You threw a pillow at him.

He caught it effortlessly, still laughing.

"Poor Yunsung," you muttered.

"Poor nothing. For thirty seconds I thought he'd finally entered society."

You laughed despite herself.

Baekhyun wrapped an arm around you and pulled you closer.

"You know what?"

"No."

"I'm calling him."

You looked up in horror.

"Absolutely not."

"I'm telling him he almost had a dating life today."

"Baekhyun, don't you dare."

He was already reaching for his phone.

You lunged for it.

He held it above his head, laughing.

"Baekhyun!"

"Yusung deserves to know there was a universe where he downloaded Tinder."

"Give me the phone!"

"No, this is important information."

You dissolved into laughter again as he grinned triumphantly.
