did you know eating like shit on your vacation causes you to gain weight

at a weird in between sizes stage where all my clothes are too big but to size down they’re slightly too small

on a trip with my family I’m in hell

idk why people say hiit is not sustainable to do everyday, it’s literally so fun

I’ve been really inactive cause my progress has been awful and I’ve been really busy sorry gang. I also travel like all of next month which does not bode well

I’ve been consistently standing up and feeling dizzy which is an interesting development

my studded belt is too big for me I’m gonna have to get a new one lol

it’s kinda cool and emo to not eat if you think about it

is this how those people on survivor feel after getting a food reward

After 72 hours lost four pounds

why am I being invited to dinner tonight nooooooooooo fuck

halfway done, not so bad doesn’t feel any worse than the end of a 24hr fast. I just want to eat my naan so bad but I have to wait till Wednesday lol

made it my first 24hr only 48 more to go, I wonder if that mental clarity people talk about is real

starting a 72hr fast lets see how this goes
