cassie’s story was inspired by sabrina the teenage witch, but her personality has influences of gina and jake (b99), chandler bing, buffy summers, christina yang (yes, a wild mix)

never met her parents, both died under mysterious circunstances. because they were muggles (or no-majs), not much was done by the wizarding authorities and the family preferred to keep a low profile in non-wixen circles.

cassie was raised by her two paternal aunts, wisteria and agnes. they had to fight to keep her because of the segregation in the us. at the time her parents died they didn’t think she was a witch.

she’s really intelligent but doesn’t care much about academia.
