Delving into Angor’s relationships with the kids, because so far I’ve only ever referenced the subject without delving deeper.

Starting strong with our main good boy, Jim; Angor has a… complex relationship with him to say the least. Angor hates seeing Jim in the armor (for obvious resons). Definitely not the first face Angor wants to see when he’s stressed. But Jim is also the guy with the most faith in Angor, and the most understanding of his physical and psychological struggle (probably out of virtue of Mama Lake being a doctor).

Toby and Angor are… eeeehhhhh- Toby finds Angor terrifying and creepy and Angor likes Toby. Obviously, there are a lot of… miscommunications. Toby takes Angor’s affectionate animal carcasses as an ominous threat up until Aaarrrgghh explains it.

Jim is about to add another redeemed antagonist into his family tree. Strickler is his step dad, Nomura is the wine aunt, Angor Rot...is the weird uncle nobody talks about and has an insane lore.

Also I just noticed about Angor Rot's design, specifically the colour. I don't know if it's coincidental or not but I LOVE LOVE how they chose to make his eyes turn white when he lost his soul. I thought they'd turn duller color of yellow but nope!

It's really interesting for me because the white colour is a colour that reflects back all the visible wavelengths of light, contrast to the colour of black that absorbs all. So, in a way, the white colour rejects any light. It holds nothing at all.

And you know what the usual saying about eyes?

Eyes are the window to your soul.

When his eyes turn white, it means there's nothing there. No soul. Empty.

See you could set relative frequencies of each pronoun, and order them.
