the ONE HALE who actually likes to hug. LAURA HALE, will mother stiles and give him never ending hugs ( don’t hurt her bby ).

her ears could pick up on the sound of his heart beat, she could already tell how at ease he was. she didn’t mention it though, it was rather comforting for laura. after every bad thing that happened, she never thought she’d be hugging someone the way she was doing with stiles. really, first time she met him, already felt attached and sort of turned out to be like a motherly figure.  ❝ you know..jacket or no jacket. you can still ask for them, ❞ she told him, laura didn’t mind hugging on a daily basis. sure derek wasn’t the touchy feeley type from what she could remember neither was cora. her arms unwrapped around him and just rubbed his arms a bit, they felt cold to her. ❝ i just don’t want a frozen stiles.❞     

she just chuckled at his response ❝ okay. okay. but just so you know i don’t offer to carry just anyone, ❞ sure if your hurt and on the same side, she’d probably drag you along with her. regarding being carried like a princess or rather just being carried in her arms, pretty much is a sign that your of importance to her.  ❝ really though - i might just remind you to bring a jacket in case it gets cold and i’m not close by to give you a hug. ❞ her right hand gently patted his back. laura kind of or actually felt this need to protect him and since derek was capable of taking care of himself, she turned eyes to stiles.  

with her arms wrapped around him, laura couldn’t help but think about when she hugged derek this way when he was younger. he may have told her no but eventually giving in to hugging her, her baby brother was such a sweet heart. with arms at her waist and stiles just digging into the crook of her neck, laura just tilted side to side playfully, locking her fingers around him as he gave a little huff ‘no’. ❝ i don’t mind hugging for a while than,  ❞ she laughed softly, her chin resting on his shoulder. ❝  just don’t end up falling asleep or i’ll carry you back like a princess.❞ 

" Derek, stop worrying so much,” she sighed, sitting down in front of him. “ I’m not that fragile, “ she joked a bit, resting a hand over his own.

it honestly hurt seeing how time has passed and how much derek has grown. her suffering was quick but for her baby brother who had to grow up without any family was far more painful than she could imagine. peter..he may be related but to her..he was just a power hungry man. “ it’s me derek,” she whispered, her eyes flashed yellow. she wasn’t the alpha anymore but at least she still was a werewolf. “ i’m real. “

" what? my jackets warm enough, “ she laughed before pulling him in for a hug. she just squeezed him playfully “ warm yet? “

"FREEZING cold?” she asked, jokingly as she just listened to him point out the obvious. “Want a hug cold guy?” she teased as she just suggested “I’ll let you borrow my jacket,” she winked.

"Whatever you want,” she said, releasing her grip as she just hear the sound of clicking noises from afar. “Seeing how you can’t protect yourself..it’s better if we just run,” she stated, already shifted. Laura just turned on her heel.

She just grabbed at his collar as her eyes gleamed yellow. “Are you trying to get killed?” she asked, facing yet again these doctor freaks. “For someone who isn’t supernatural you sure attract a lot.”
