20' high cubes are like chasing a unicorn.  When they do surface, they're always new as the shipping lines haven't adopted them.  If they do show up, the best bet in your wider area would be Chicago, and maybe (big maybe) Detroit or Cleveland.  I'd strongly encourage you to try and use 20' standards, or 40' high cubes.

Used 40's really depend on where you're located - they range from around $2000 to $3300.  If you can let me know where you're located I'll dial that price in for you.
