how did people survive airplanes before technology was a thing. you can say books but what if they finish it before the flights over. who packs two books. i can see packing three but not two. and if you switch to a second out of three books your third is gonna be sad cause you’ll definitely have finished the second when the flight is over and your third will feel left out.

you will get up & you will make that to do list & you will be realistic about your limits & you will take it easy but steady & you will eat good food & you will get things done & you will move your body & you will do things that make you happy & you will limit your screen time & you will be the thing that saves you
