I mean yeah, sure, he was late for work but how was he supposed to pass a mirror without giving a little flex? His boss could wait a little longer. Surely he could spend 5 minutes, or 10, or maybe close to half an hour flexing and feeling his-- Listen. Mass like this took time to appreciate. You couldn't rush it. He was growing fast, but it wasn't instant or anything. There was time to see the changes. He wanted to be able to check every day, really see every ounce on mass, every extra centimeter on his arms.

Plus, with how good it felt to be this big? Feeling his shoulders and biceps fight for space, or how the scruff on his chin tickled his pecs? The tightness that every piece of clothing eventually succumbed to, shredding to pieces with a flex? The way his skin even felt tight as his muscles continued to grow, pushing his musculature past what anyone thought one man could have piled onto his frame? Those feelings needed to be savored.
