Hey, Friends! I just wanted to say thank you and this is goodbye for a little while. I am in a difficult place and have not been able to keep up with these daily draws the way I wanted to (i.e., doing them *daily* lol), so rather than giving you half-assed content, I’m going to step back for a little bit and reassess everything in my life. I also just found out that AI engines have probably already “scraped” all of these draws I’ve given away for free over the last 15/16 years on social media, and is using them to train AI engines that are being sold back to us, and it’s making me sick. Meta sucks, and I want to figure out a way, if there is one, to provide content that is free to you while also being shielded and protected from the massive AI thieves that steal anything that isn’t nailed down. So I will be back, probably soon, with something that is (I hope) better for you and safer for me and my legacy.

Keep working at it, ok? Don’t give up. We have the Justice card again today, a holdover from last Friday, so the energy of fighting for yourself, for what’s right, is still around. Cut away the nonsense. Nourish yourself with what’s right and true. You’re worth fighting for. Don’t let people walk all over you. Be fierce in defense of yourself and others who are weaker and smaller than you. It’s ok to fight back.

And then *this* happened. <sigh> Something in that big box of charms is *pissed*.

It’s ok to go a little mad in pursuit of justice, especially if you are personally involved. Get angry. Let yourself be driven by your rage at injustice, your need for redressing imbalance, and/or everyone’s need to move beyond the insanity of our world today into a more just, more equitable society. You can do this. Start local. Work from the place where you feel the wrong most profoundly. Your roots are deep. Your rage is justified. The madness is real.

Celebration is at hand (yay!), but before you get lost in all the bright, shiny new toys and waves of goodness and delight, think: where are you using this time to indulge your dark side? The key word in that sentence is “indulge.” Don’t forget about your health. Don’t get so swept away by adventure that you forget your past, your purpose, and why you’re here in the first place. It’s a long road ahead — leave yourself something for tomorrow.

Good fortune is on the way, although we may have to wait for it a little bit longer. Take things one small piece at a time, do what you can to stay in touch with your wild self, and let your magic run free. Listen to the world around you. Keep your private things private and just listen. There will be time later to assimilate all the data, so for now, just trust that it’s flowing in to you, don’t mess with it, and have faith that everything is working out.

If you’re really going through it right now, this is Heaven telling you “It’s all right. Rest now.” The storms have washed everything away, or are in the process of doing so, and the advice is to just let it all go. We’re all exhausted, so we’re being advised to remember that help is at hand, peace and respite are at hand, and starting over after a long, long fight is a good thing. Be at peace, you beautiful darlings.

Today’s message is simple: release false happiness that you’re celebrating at the expense of your own health and well-being. Sometimes it’s easier to focus on what’s happening with others or to fantasize about living another life with others than the one we have, because maybe the life we have is hard or painful. But the message today is to let that go and focus on ourselves, our immediate reality. Be where you are. Be who you are. The hosts of heaven are here to support you. They’re not in your fantasies, they’re here, and your time is running out. So come back to reality.

Whatever’s going on right now, you’ve got to keep going. Get through it, whether you can see the light at the end of the tunnel or not. Everything is off-kilter: what should be right-side up is upside down, and East is the direction at the top of the compass, not North. But you have your tools. You have your Ancestors with you. No matter what the terrain around you is like, keep going. Destroy those old stories about suffering and enduring pain — if you grew up hearing “offer it up” when you were hurt, now is the time to put PAID to that shit — pain just means “that hurts, don’t do that again” and that’s it. Suffering isn’t noble, it just sucks. So dig what you can out of it but keep moving. Your future is ahead, and it’s not in this place.

Today’s draw speaks of going to war for what you love, fighting for it with everything you have, but also of relief coming in after the battle, or as the battle is ending. Stay vigilant and stand guard over what is precious and small and undefended, both within yourself and within your community. Trust those who are faithful to you and who have earned your trust, and use your head about those who have not. Don’t go trusting strangers willy-nilly without demanding (and receiving) their bona-fides. Stay small, but fierce, alert, and mighty.

It’s true that things are really hard right now, and they’ve been hard for what feels like forever (maybe a decade at least, right?). We are called on to endure — it’s gut check time. But wait! Before you think, “F*ck it, I can’t take any more,” and give up on life, take in this reminder: there is beauty too, in the little things. In wild things. In secret things that hide in small places. In the flowing water and blowing wind. In the soft sunlight and gentle mist of a foggy morning. We can move around, a little or a lot depending on our circumstances. We are just human. But we also *get* to be human, you know? There are blessing inherent in that. So try to find the blessings this weekend. Find the pony in the pile of poop, as my Dad used to say. Remember who you are beneath all the layers of civilized living.

There are a LOT of powerful actors in our draw today. Justice is in force (maybe/hopefully ENforced?) today, and it may bring big changes. Watch your step and behave accordingly. Speak truthfully in communications and also honor that part of yourself that is wild - as much as you can, that is. The Wheel is turning and we don’t know what will happen next, so stay focused on family (of birth, choice, or both), and act in a way that will bring honor to your Ancestors, even if nobody sees you.

Take a look around your life now. Where have you sustained losses? Where have you sustained magical disbelief about what you were seeing? It’s time to focus. Put your energy and strength into seeing what’s really there instead of what you wish were really there.

These days, the concept of virtue isn’t really a thing. We tell our kids to be kind, to be honest, to be fair, and all of these are part of what it means to be virtuous. But to be truly virtuous, which is what the wisdom requires of us today. You can’t just “be nice.” You have to actively watch out for others who are not nice, not honest, not kind, and do your best to protect weaker, smaller people from them. This isn’t to say you must endanger yourself, no! Please don’t do that. But rather this is suggesting that we all check in with ourselves and do an honest inventory of where we can make better use of what platform we do have to help others.

You’ve been fighting the good fight, standing up for what’s right and honorable in this world, and for yourself. Good job! Today’s message is to keep doing that. It is its own reward, true, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t other rewards coming to you for holding the line against negativity, unfairness, and deceit. Stay small, keep doing the work in your secret ways, and know that your Ancestors are with you. The payoff is coming (or is already here).

Take a deep breath and relax a minute today, friends. Remove yourself from harmful situations. Wash your hands and let go of the need to make something happen. Things are in the works and perhaps they have been for awhile now. Stay grounded as the new energy flows in. Let yourself rest.

This is a time to recognize where you are in life and where your grief and joy begin and end. Go with the flow today, though. Don’t let yourself get trapped either by past joys or by future suffering (or vice versa). Be measured in your replies, and look around for the stranger. Who around you looks like they’ve come from far away? Do they need help? We help ourselves when we help others.
