Ty Lee is the most dangerous of the fire nation girls because she knows exactly where to punch you if she wants to kill you. She just chooses not to. She presents herself as non threatening, bubbly, cutesie. You'd easily underestimate her. But she can take out both Mai and Azula if she chooses to. In fact she literally did that with Azula, and Azula never saw it coming because she never thought Ty Lee of all people would do something like that. According to Azula Ty Lee would be both too afraid and too innocent to even touch her, and that became her downfall.
