Do things that brings you joy and spend time with the people who value most.

Immediately address shift in behavior and attitude change. That will help eliminate the hard feelings in the future, better known as the end.

Everything is not always what it seems; always show character and respect.

I have been trying new coping mechanisms. And one of the things I have started doing is labeling the emotion. When my mood shift I label it and process it. Once I process it I move on.

I like my privacy, but I do not mind answering questions. I do not really do things that are unorthodox that need to be hidden. I pick and choose who I vent to about what, but I am reserved for the most part.

People always expect change and growth to be sunshine, but we all know growing pains are real. Sometimes, the pros outweigh the cons you stick to they the course and stay with the process.

Cliché’s to me are things that describe real events and most of them have to do with time or at least the ones I am familiar with. And the one I use or say the most is that Rome was not built in one day. Daily progress is always a plus.
