plethora of chaos! honestly

“You know, I can’t tell if you actually hate me, or if this is just how you show affection. But I’ve known you for six years, and – you’re my friend. So there.”

She really doesn’t have a whole lot for lunch, most of her lunch consists of the three clementines that she stuck in her backpack the morning of. But at least she’s got somewhere to sit, that’s what makes her happy. “Thank you Charlie.” She’ll say, giving a soft smile towards the other when she  takes a seat, still not getting too close, for her own reasons. (Fire was fun.) Small fingers had gone to peeling one of the small oranges, glancing up at the small offer for his food. “Oh, I’m alright! You should eat though, I uh, I mean, if you want. Lunch is like, the second most important meal of the day, or something like that, probably…”

charlie nodded when she thanked him, keeping his head down, occasionally looking up from under his hair whenever she would speak or do something particularly interesting. though, with the REJECTION of his lunch, fingers grasped the bag and brought it closer. he peels it open, peering in to find a simple lunch: a juice box and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. honestly, he’s not feel- ing hungry in the slightest due to the headache which is only sup- plying a stabbing pain, but he still grabs the sandwich, taking half of it and bringing it to his mouth, eating a small bite, a small still teas- ing lips while he remembers what he had said. “th-then d-d-dinner w-would be th-third?”

                     She smirked a little before tossing a casual  glance in the direction of her ex.         Oh, he had seen, she  was certain. She blew a little kiss to the ‘roided guy then  turned back to Jesse and laughed.     His expression was  priceless.

                “ You aren’t a half good kisser !! I mean, you’re  not supposed to pull away but other than that…your lips  are soft…. ”

when she actually compliments their kiss a hand is brought to his lips. my lips are soft? finger tips grace over his lips once more before he aw- kwardly put his hands down. “should i? —– i should go.” he stands up at his gawking 6’5” height, hands searching through his pockets for his wallet, finding it eventually in his left, front pocket. hands tear it from his place and now he’s putting down the needed amount on the counter, which isn’t much as all he had was water. most of what he put down was actually tip. “uh,” he’s sticking his wallet back in his pocket, “see you. —– goodbye, miss.”

For the second, there’s the freaking out over the fact that she just broke someone’s knee, but then, he finally speaks. Rain is dead. Rain Mars, quite possibly the nicest person she’s ever met, and definitely the most important person to her, is dead. “Did you do something to her? Did you kill her?” And it seems that her beating up the other has paused for a moment, to give her body time to shake, and for her eyes to cry. “What happened to her?”
