that i’ve moved

alright nerds. after what i believe is almost a year on this blog, i have decided to move. i’ve recently hit a huge writer’s block and i think something fresh might help me out. so from now on you’ll find me at the new and sort of improved baby blog univurs

               ‘ you don’t have to. just a thought. you look nice and i like taking pictures of nice things – nature, people, animals. that kind of thing. just hoping you wouldn’t mind a few shots. ’

her eyes seem to light up with interest at his mention of animals and she quietly wonders if perhaps he’s caught any of her pack on camera. she refrains from asking, “i don’t mind. what -- what would you like me to do?” 

               ‘ hey !! can i – maybe.. take some pictures of you ?? ’

she makes a few noises, but it’s before she realizes he’s talking to her. fingers fiddle with her summer dress straps, “sure. yes. pictures.” 

(☾☆) — Ever since they left the hospital Rosemary had not let go of her small baby bump. They know practically nothing about the child other than the fact that they are there and healthy, but for now that is more than enough to excite the dream. ❝Do you think it’s too early to get a crib and all that?❞

andre hasn’t let go of rosemary’s free hand, nor has he really taken his eyes off of her. every moment could be a moment that she needs him, so he’s sort of just hovering. his throat clears at her question and he smiles a genuine smile, “no. it’s -- never too early to prepare.”

“Let’s go do something. A music festival, a bonfire, a robbery, climbing a mountain, setting fire to everything your enemy loves. Anything.”

“you’re going to have to make a decision. we can't do all of those at once.” 

(☾☆) — Rosemary’s brows raise in surprise after he teases her. She does not realize that he is joking at first since they have not exchanged their usual banter yet. A small frown forms on her lips until he assures her that he was not being genuine. ❝You scared me…❞ Then again, if she was really that intolerable he would not consider having a child with her. She sighs and burrows her face in the crook of his neck before whimpering softly against his skin. ❝I hope so. You really will stick it out with me, won’t you? Even if I get chubby and am sick all the time?❞

“rosemary, i wouldn’t dream of leaving you.” her whimpers cause his body to tense, arms wrapping tightly around her small frame, “i love you. i love you so much. i love both of you ---” his hand moves to press softly against the surface of rose’s shirt beneath her stomach and he grins effortlessly, “you’ll be the cutest chubby, sick -- little pregnant lady i’ve ever met.” 

“Wanna be my entertainment for the night?”

“i’m not here to play games.” 

It’s finally with a reoccurring breath that she shoulders the weight of what she’s done. Faltering in step, she almost collapses into his arms, eyes dry from crying too many tears alone. But she clutches onto him with an abandon only a child could have for their favorite toy. He stutters a reply and she feels as if she can cry with relief.

he has no words left. he too busy being afraid that she’ll run away again.
