Vladimir, the Crimson Reaper

“Understood, Sir Jayce.” Thankfully, Caitlyn’s office was in the same direction Shen’s second sword was left after being thrown to the wall. As he lifted up Vlad by his arm aggressively, he held gripped him as he also helped Jayce up with his free hand after he had sheathed his blade. “Here, some more potions.” Shen took out 2 more red potions from his pocket once Jayce was slightly standing. “Do not drink them in succession. Wait 5 minutes until you drink the second if you need it. I will be taking Sir Vladamir to Caitlyn now.” As Shen walked away with Vlad, he went to the direction of his sword and also picked it up and sheathed it.

As Shen and Vladimir left the street, the blood from the street, even the blood on Jayce and Shen joined in a giant blob of blood, following Vladimir and Shen as they walked. "It is pronounced Vladimir, Sir."

As the green orbs drifted out of Shen’s body, he could not help but feel a sense of weakness as he dropped his stance. He began to breath heavily as he staggered slightly and was then knocked back into a wall. He nearly broke through it with the force that Vlad had shoved upon him. Bricks flew and dust began to spread around the debris. Shen pushed himself out of the wall he was thrown to and pulled out another red potion. He pulled down his mask and drank it in one gulp. Good think Lady Caitlyn had supplied us with enough of these. Sir Vladamir will be taking a sufficient amount if we continue on with this fight.

Vladimir sat on the floor where he has falled, Shen was a formidable opponent, maybe in another situation the battle would be more equivalent, but for now, he was losing, and it was time to end this, and advance to the next phase. As he sat on the floor, the blood on the street quickly moved to his position, standing quietly around him. The Crimson Reaper rolled his eyes at Shen's words. "You know the rules Shen, I'm pretty sure that you are well aware of the wrath of the summoners." He ended the control on Jayce's body, and relaxed his body, though he was ready to drip himself in a stream of blood, incase that Jayce tried something. "You haven't noticed it yet? I have not even tried to escape once..."

Not that [Noxians] don’t have morals They just don’t have the privilege to be kind in the same sense that other people are, their morals are there, but they’re really unsavory and different compared to the people from Ionia or Demacia or wherever Like they’ve adapted to circumstances, and those circumstances are terrible, and call for people to either be selfish or die. Not that they wouldn’t be good under other circumstances however, most of them were raised believing that the world is a cruel place, nobody can be trusted, and only the strong survive. And those same people are the ones who lead armies and run the government, so because they believe change cannot happen, they opt not to try to change Noxus for the better, thus leaving their children to grow up in the same world they did and make the same mistakes they did, and go on to be corrupt politicians and cruel military generals like their parents were. But their bad qualities aren’t inherent, they’re environmental, and because the environment doesn’t change, the people don’t change either So it’s not like Noxians are all born evil. They’re just born into a bad world that makes them do bad things because they don’t have any other option.
