Ok, since more people are interested than I thought:
Both involve a goat monster & a human (if we adhere to Human Dess theory)
Both have a soft anxious stickler for the rules with an occasional mean rebellious streak (Asriel, Ralsei) & a chaotic messy prankster who is affectionate to friends and loved ones (Kris, Dess)
Both have a prince (Asriel figuratively unlike his Undertale self, Ralsei literally) & a knight (Dark World Kris, Dess as her sister's protector & post mortem as Roaring Knight if we believe that)
Both Kris & Asriel love someone who looks and/or behaves like their sibling (Dess is implied to have been more similar to Kris even if you're not a Human Dess truther, Ralsei is the spitting image of Azzy)
Both are made up of a nerd artist & a slacker musician (Ralsei's constant renovation & knowledge of game meta vs Azzy's many schooltime awards and drawing attempts, Kris & Dess both being geniuses at playing an instrument and generally aimless otherwise)
Both are ultimately doomed (the Prophecy and the inherent nature of the Dark Worlds keeping Kris & Ralsei apart, the incident that took away Dess)
One couple is made up of party PCs (Kralsei), the other of background NPCs who are also bosses (Dessriel if you take into account both Undertale plot & Dessknight implications)
The gender identities are different (het Dessriel, nonbinary yuri Kralsei)
The Dark World dynamics are completely different (Lightner Kris & Darkner Ralsei, both Dess & Azzy are Lightners (if either Dessknight or both Dessknight & Human Dess are true, then Dess became a Darkner))
