This year has been a fun but stressful semester, from learning how to use chicken wire to using wood shop machines, this last project had to be something that I could use to calm myself down after this semester. For me beautiful flowers, good smelling incense, and my sage stick are the things that calms me down and get my mind relaxed. I made an all in one, a flower holder, sage holder, and incense holder, I even made a ash catcher and something to put out the burning incense. The hand is made out of epoxy resin and I used Alia safe mold to mold the shape of the hand. The base is made out of plaster and is secured even more with clay. I molding the clay around the plaster hand to make it look like an ankle on a foot because we need our ankles to hold us up to stand. The epoxy hand is secure by a piece of wood and screws and I molded clay aero is it to give it a stone look. All in all, this project will be useful for many years to come.
