I canât stand it anymore. Theyâre always looking at you, their stupid eyes flickering like moths drawn to your light. It drives me insane. You donât even see it, do you? How they look at you, like youâre some kind of prize to be won. Well, let me tell you, theyâre wrong. You belong to me.
âDo you have any idea how much I hate it when they look at you? So fucking much.â
I swear, I could feel the anger boiling inside me, but I had to keep my voice low, steady. I wouldnât give them the satisfaction of seeing me unravel. âYou think this is a game? You think being popular means anything? It doesnât. Theyâre not your friends; theyâre just pretending. Just like you pretend you donât notice how they stare at you like youâre the only thing in the room.â
I stepped closer, my breath hitching as I leaned in, searching your eyes for understanding. âYou have to understand. Iâve seen how they look at you, their sick, twisted smiles. They want to take you away from me. Do you really think Iâm going to let that happen?â
I shook my head, clenching my fists as the frustration poured out. âYou have no idea what they say about you. Do you even care? They talk behind your back. They laugh and whisper like youâre some kind of joke.â I took a step back, the space between us heavy with tension. âBut you? You just stand there, smiling, acting like everything is fine. Itâs not fine.â
âI donât like sharing. Youâre mine. Mine to protect, mine to cherish. You think this is just some silly crush? I donât care what it takes; Iâll make sure they never look at you again.â I paced back and forth, my mind racing with all the things I wanted to say. âYou need to be careful. If you keep talking to them, you wonât be able to get rid of me. And believe me, I wonât just sit back and watch them take whatâs mine.â
I stopped in front of you, my eyes boring into yours, willing you to see the truth. âThey donât know you like I do. They donât see how perfect you are, how special you are to me. It infuriates me! How can you be so blind?â
I leaned in again, my voice dropping to a whisper. âIf you want them to stop looking at you, you need to stop being so⌠you. Do you get what Iâm saying? Just for a moment, think about what Iâm asking. I donât want to hurt you; I want to protect you from them.â
I stepped even closer, our faces mere inches apart, the weight of my words hanging in the air. âI just want you to know: if I ever see them look at you again, it wonât end well for them. And you? You need to chooseâme or them.â
I stared into your eyes, hoping youâd finally understand the depth of my love and how far I would go to keep you safe.
âPlease, donât make me remind you again who you truly belong to.â
