Papryus's actor will sometimes flub his words, and once he starts he just keeps doing it until he just stops an goes back to his trailer,sans actor finds it hilarious.
PAPYRUS: " SANS! STOP PLAGUING MY LIFE WITH INSIDINDLE MU-uu-thats not the word at all wow. "
SANS: " did you just say "insiDINDLE"? oh my god gus "

I dont know why but I picture both the character and actor to be deaf and only communicate through sign language. Everyone has enough understanding to get by but sans actor is the worst because he always turns what their signing into a pun and frisks actor hates him so much sometimes but just smiles anyways.
