Here is the Undercrazed skeleton family both in the past and the present with updated designs for Sans and Papyrus (both child and adult)

This first drawing is the skeletons from before Gaster fell into the core when Sans was 9 and Papyrus was six

And yes Sans is canonically 26 years old and Papyrus is 23
