Tbh im so glad im from a mallu christian fam (w my dad as my role model 🤣). Today i went to get a covid drive thru test, the dude at the window was some type of desi. My parents just always taught me to be kind to ppl. This man couldnt even look me in the eyes wtf 🤣🤣🤣 n in the end before driving away, i said thank u and waved, he was so flustered. There’s this one chechi, my 2nd oldest sisters friend in college in India, she’s so sweet. She heard that my other sis (4th one lol) was getting married in 2020. This was the first wedding we’ve ever had not in Kerala. She heard we were visiting india for a bit, wanted to come dress shopping w us for the wedding, told us what was in and out of style lol. So sweet. I was talking to her nonstop when we met lol just excited to connect w ppl who arent like. Idk weird n cliquey bc thats ltrly all the mallus in my state. Anyway, we’ve kept in contact since, she sends pretty pics she took of flowers n stuff? :”)) anyway i was talking to her abt how i plan on moving back eventually. How I’m trying to learn to read malayalam again but i keep giving up bc i have no one to practice w here. She was sending me pics of workbooks n was like. I can teach!! I dont mind. 🥰 anyway, havent rly tried in a while. She posted a selfie with the caption “with my students” and i was like ohhhhhh. That’s why ur such a good person hehe. Makes sense

I’m moving back to Kerala. Made up my mind. Only after a couple yesrs of working here tho, so i can do useful shit back home

I will be healing my entire family in 2022 bich n i will do it on my own if i have to!!!!!

Debating if i stay here or move back at some point. As soon as i save up some money from this new job, im sending my parents back to Kerala. At least they should have some peace of mind. I think it would be more impactful if i work here and send money back home?? Instead of going back and doing some community work there. I fkn hate it here tho ugh
