The good thing about homemade granola is you can toss anything you like... . . . . In my case today... - 150 g oats - 30 g peanuts - 2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon - 2 tbs coconut oil - 40 g almonds - 30 g ruby chocolate - 40 g dark chocolate - 1 tbs cocoa powder - vanilla - mendjool dates (These ingredients listed above are from @denotenshop ) Then for some extra, I added: - my homemade strawberry jam (that I made 4 yrs ago 🤭 but still good, don't worry) - 100 g agave syrup - sesame seeds - flaxseeds - gojis - salt Then baked at 160°C for 30 mins. Served with natural Greek yogurt 👌🏼👌🏼 . .
