Soooo finished reading my boy's, @spokenvizions, latest book: Know Your B.L.I.S.S - Building Love Internally Strengthening Self and it's gooooooood! Floyd brings us another winner! The follow up to "Create Me A Better Me" (which was an excellent and short yet transformational self-help read), "Know Your BLISS" is literary poetry (the words just flow off the page with poise and deep insights) written from the author's keen personal insights to learn how to love, honor, and transform yourself to be the best version of you. Not only should you read this book but his previous one as well. Everyone will be able to find nuggets of wisdom that, in some shape, form, or fashion allow him/her to positively transform and live a life well deserved! #EscapeNormal

At the end of a long day, I can say I got things done! And I feel MUCH better after starting to use my stand up desk again. Sure beats sitting all day. I highly suggest you get a standing desk if you are usually stationary all day! Some companies will even pay for it. Just ask! #mamamogul

So this is one of my main crews (I have several!). These ladies right here...maaaaaan, they challenge me in ways that make success inevitable! These are people that believe in me and call me out on my ish. Yessss!! You see, when you’re with people who are smarter than you, who aspire to be great and want to be/have more in their lives, you can't help but want to step your game up to. That’s what I get with my mastermind groups and other Rebel peers I have. I align myself with people and connect with those who are on their game because being around them makes me want to be better. I urge you to spend time daily with people who take action and get rid of those who "ain't got nothing going on" because as Jim Rohn says, "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with." Where's your crew?!
