i tied the belt as tight as i could this time round, and did a couple of breath holds. The pressure felt so hard against my heart it was like the mic cup resting on my heart against the belt made the pressure much more, my full chest felt so tight to a point where i began to have difficulty breathing :o I held my breath and then after gasped for air, which i noticed was restricted by the pressure on my chest which made me slightly panic. my heart also felt like was struggling to beat and felt strange afterwards

caught my heart skipping again towards the end. Can also see my pulse on my neck as i wore a necklace. I noticed my pulse is so visible on many parts of my body atm with me being a lower weight. Nothing to worry about just decided to take a break from trying to build muscle and eating alot it can get quite tiring 😅 easier to catch these sort of vids! love u with all my heart x
