― The reason for him to check out the Intraspace is a growing concern over his workingplace. While the amusement park itself doesn’t appeal to the Ferengi the slightest, he is still fully dedicated to keep it secure. That’s what he has signed himself up to on his own free will.

What he didn’t sign up on his own is this whole quest nonsense that keeps Spirale in its clasp like a duranium vise. And once again he finds himself confronted with just one of these quests as he enters the virtual realm. He sighs deeply, unsure on how this happened to him yet again. He didn’t sign up to anything, did he? He just entered the intraspace. Is this a glitch?

Another person shows up just next to him, and they seem equally confused. That seems to confirm his dreadful thought. Not like it really matters anyway. Instead of his bb gun he has a wooden crossbow hanging over his shoulder and in his phone’s place he carries a paper scroll that offers him some clues on what to do;

Looks like a strange shopping list actually. He’s returning his attention to the other again.

“Any idea what an ELF is?” He might have traveled the galaxy, but there are no elves. The closest to elves are, in fact, Vulcans.

He’s more than a little surprised to see someone else there, though. Not disappointed- well, maybe a little disappointed. He kind of hoped to do this alone. But maybe company is what he needs; at least that’s what his ‘therapist’ always tells him.

(No comment on the stranger’s appearance. In this city, it paid not to stare.)

The question makes him look down at his own scroll.

  she’s been in Spirale long enough to not be completely at a disadvantage against the clones. her Semblance would come in incredibly handy here, provided she times the use of them perfectly and Gambol Shroud was pretty much restored to its natural state. (there’s a small worry: will the ribbon hold? but it is cast aside.) but the Ofiuclones were fast and not against using brute force to get the game. like on the run from maddened shoppers, the faunus was ducking and weaving through the buildings lining the streets. she dives into alleyways, dashes across rooftops– all in the effort to avoid getting bodied to the ground and losing the prize. or breaking it. but, despite her best efforts– and success – at avoiding the Ofiuclones, she is unable to react in time to dodge a surprise attack from the side.

  the air is knocked out of her as the clear view of the street ahead is suddenly nothing but a blur as the clone tackles her from the left– right through the window of a nearby coffee shop. her Aura protects her from any cuts or superficial injuries, but she still feels the impact as a coffee table breaks underneath the force. and as yet another stroke of bad luck, the video game is lodged from her pack and skitters across the tile floor.

    “ Shoot.” mumbling under her breath, Blake quickly flips her and the clone’s positioning, pinning the android beneath her. it’s no easy feat by any means, but seeing as her options are limited….well, she’ll just deal with it.

“It looks fine- oh.” He lifts his head only to meet eyes not with one, but two Ofiuclones, a new one entering the room through the broken window. “Wow, they really want it, huh?”

Of course, he could just give it to the clones and save himself the trouble, but that just seemed- rude? unsportsmanlike? The girl obviously put a lot of effort into keeping this game, he can’t just do that to her, even if she was a stranger. So much for a peaceful cup of coffee.

So he ducks right as the Ofiuclone comes flying at him, shoves the game case into his bag and with a quiet “keep it safe” slides it over to the catgirl. Then he dashes out of the cafe, one of the Ofiuclones hot on his tail. Hopefully he could lose her before she realized she was chasing the wrong target, though with his stamina and her speed that seemed highly unlikely. Still, he could win them a minute or two.
