The program intended to recruit high skill workers is basically used to import low skill, fraudulent degree holding, third world, culturally incompatible foreigners to replace American workers who would demand higher pay for the same work.

And then people act like it’s crazy that so many Americans who have college degrees, and work experience have difficulty finding a job, or a job that pays well. We’ve allowed corporations to import a foreign labor force.

A leftist Canadian woman allegedly slapped a teen who was wearing President Trump-branded clothing on the Jersey Shore over the Fourth of July weekend — before she was arrested and detained by immigration officials.

Kaitlyn E. Tracey, 33, allegedly recorded herself confronting a group of four girls on the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk when she became violent on July 3, according to court documents obtained by NJ.com.

Tracey took issue with two of the beachgoers — who are minors — wearing “patriotic colored” sweatpants with the words “Trump” and “ICE” before she struck one of them across the face and body, police alleged.

Video surveillance captured Tracey’s alleged assault before she left the scene but was identified by police who obtained an arrest warrant for her, the outlet reported.

She was arrested on Monday and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment and obstruction, according to court records viewed by The Post.

The teen Tracey allegedly slapped was not injured.

Tracey had been living in Asbury Park with her husband after she entered the US with a passport in 2024, according to the outlet.

Matthew Geroni, who identified himself as Tracey’s husband, claimed his wife was detained by ICE and brought to the Delaney Hall immigration detention center in Newark on Monday.

“Yesterday, July 13, my wife was detained by ICE and brought to Delaney Hall in Newark, NJ,” Geroni said in a plea to media on TikTok.

Geroni, an American citizen, married Tracey “a little over three years ago” and has been sharing snippets of his wife’s story with his 140,000 followers.

“My main goal is the safety and well-being of my wife, and that is about it,” he said, even if she was deported back to Canada.

Geroni didn’t mention Tracey’s alleged assault of a teen girl that led to her arrest during his public plea, instead claiming the entire situation was being taken out of context.

He created a GoFundMe page for his wife’s legal expenses but was forced to take it down a short time later after a “Facebook group of MAGA supporters” mass-reported it, he said.

The Post has reached out to Geroni.

Geroni, who routinely posts videos mocking Republicans, described himself as the “Clown of Asbury Park” and the “Jester of the Jersey Shore.”

He claimed cops told his wife to leave the boardwalk after the alleged assault because they didn’t have enough to charge her before Tracey later turned herself over to police after an arrest warrant was issued.

So, if you call the police, you would never say, "come quick, a man broke into my house and I shot him," instead you say, "come quick, a man broke into my house and he's been shot."

Every call to emergency services is recorded and is admissible in court.

There’s a pretty good chance that even if you shoot someone and it’s legally justifiable, that you will still be arrested. If your state is bad on self defense or gun laws your chance of being arrested goes up significantly.

The fifth amendment is your friend, refuse to answer questions without a lawyer present. You can easily talk your way into being arrested, but you likely won’t talk your way out of being arrested. So, shut up.

It all just puts the entire leftist mindset in perspective. They love the idea of charity when it’s someone else’s money. They think of themselves as philanthropists when they propose the idea of seizing someone else’s assets and spending it on whatever they want.
