A few tips that could be helpful:

1. Smut is best driven by dialogue. Dialogue creates that emotional tension that we all crave so much. And in our heads we hear those dialogue lines spoken in the actual voices of the characters, which adds that extra effect to fanfiction. So you gotta string the dialogue along, and the sexual actions you describe will follow/accompany that dialogue.

2. I visualised his reactions by putting myself in his place. Which sounds kinda gay since you’re basically in the frisky spouse's place... But I never said I wasn’t gay. So if you can, put yourself in his place and think: what would I do if a hot babe was straddling me and ordering me to stay put? Then amplify those by adding Gojo’s extra aplomb, ego and self-assurance, and boom – you have his reactions.

3. Not smut related really, but I’d advise choosing which tense works best for you: present or past. I can’t write in present, whereas some writers hate writing in past. So we all gotta pick one and stick with it throughout one written piece. I went with present for your drabble as smut works quite well with present tense.

Truthfully, Gojo from chapter 12 (Infidelity) was that Gojo, wasn't he? Reader ended up with multiple bruises, scratches and contusions after that night – the map he charted on her body with his own hands. Which map she then paraded with that extreme cut-out dress on the night she broke up with Toru.

However, because he was still Toru that night, he, no matter the level of his anger, couldn't go completely berserk on her ass, as he still had to preserve a level of her trust in him. He couldn't totally abuse her to the point that he can never come back from it. So he soothed her in between, made her feel like her treatment was something she deserved and he was helping her receive and process it, acted like he fed her guilt and masochism the way she needed it fed thus doing her a favour, and basically alternated between stick and carrot modes so well that she felt like all of it was rightfully due and she was never in any real danger... (Plus she was so used to vilifying Satoru that she failed to see faults in Toru, aka a persona crafted out of his best parts).

Now, the berserk Satoru we see in JJK season 2 – may I just state my FAVOURITE EVER GOJO OMFG EVER SINCE I READ THAT SCENE IN THE MANGA – this is a rarely seen Gojo. This extreme mode of violence and mercilessness he's only ever shown towards cursed spirits and curse users (remember how he wrung Juzo's limbs in ep 20 of season 1) – but never humans with no cursed energy (with the one exception being my down-on-his-luck Toji lmao 😭). On the other hand our boy Geto doesn't discriminate between curses and humans iykwim 😎 Anyways, even with curse users, note how Gojo goes for mutilation but not total annihilation. Whereas in the very same episode he fired off an attack towards Hanami that was meant to rub him into dust – he aimed for absolute slaughter with him.

So with how weak he considers ordinary humans to be (and he still does, I am sure; though he has since his teenhood undergone a shift in his responsibility meter) – he doesn't feel ordinary humans to even be worthy of expending his power on. He still considers them weak but now as an adult he knows he has to do his job (as no one else will, or can): I got my confirmation for this from how he interacted with them in Shibuya.

Which is why he can never go that level of berserk with Reader while she's still an ordinary human. Not in bed, not ever. No matter how angry he is with her he will never let go of his self-control completely and totally the way he did in Shibuya, thus giving full reign to his sadism and bloodlust.

But if at any time she stops being human and turns into a cursed spirit by some one-in-a-million chance, aka the one type of living creature Gojo is proven to go all out on...

This brings me to the sequel to Infidelity that I'd been considering for the longest time but likely won't write now. In it I was planning to explore years forward into the future if she had become a cursed spirit thanks to Sukuna's 'gift', and whether Gojo and her would be able to withstand that event. That scenario, if she became a cursed spirit – THAT is when Gojo would be able to go all out on her and would probably want to, too. Due to how she kept it hidden for such a long time – the biggest betrayal of them all... How in the end she lost her humanity, the thing that made him fall in love with her – and became the one thing he was born to eradicate... How she carried Sukuna's secret mark inside her for years before telling him and how she then came to bear his actual marks: his signature jagged tattoos all over her body... How her cursed energy reeked of Sukuna and disgusted Satoru, making him hateful, vengeful (since we saw in JJK 0 movie that Gojo can smell cursed energy and who it belongs to)... And knowing that she now, having Sukuna's RCT powers as well, could heal herself no matter what he did to her... You know, as far as a year before you sent this ask I was visualising those scenes of Gojo losing control with her the way he did in season 2, allowing himself to loosen his tight grip for as little as a few seconds with that same possessed blaze in his eyes and that lethal sneer, and ending up hurting her in extreme ways – but then being unable to bear the sight of her twisting in pain on the ground, incapable of listening to her screams and the crunch of her bones, and himself shaken as fuck, stopping almost instantly and guiding her through her panicked RCT process so she would heal herself as soon as possible and stop her writhing, erase the red of her torn flesh and gushing blood and the protruding white of her broken bone. Too late, though, the Six Eyes captured it all and will never stop replaying it on loop. His personal purgatory.

As for what would be going through her mind: as I established, Gojo will never show her those exact faces while she's still human. But even when he shows them to her as a special grade cursed spirit, she's still terrified. Even if she has Sukuna's powers, she's terrified. Even if she could put up a fight against Satoru with her new abilities (and she actually does), she's still terrified. Even if she may potentially be the most powerful curse after Sukuna – she's still terrified to the bone. They all are. Gojo Satoru is just too fast. Too strong. Too bloodthirsty. Herself now reduced to her most instinct-driven self, she feels what all curses feel opposite her husband: their own mortality.

As for what would she feel if she saw him make those faces in bed: well, with how my sequel plot is, Gojo gets to fuck a curse, yes, and more than once (I mean, he already got to do it in At His Mercy so it wouldn't be his first; it's actually in his lineage to woo curses and romantically ally with them, you(ta) know(s), instead of the other chump clans who just try to fight them... where you think Gojo clan's excellence comes from?). So he and his newly curse wife still fuck but it's not exactly how they used to do it back when she was human. Satoru lets himself go more, since she's not as fragile as an eggshell anymore. He can now show her his most primal, naked, stripped down and distilled self and maximise the release of both his anger and his lust. She's surprised at first but not for long. Since what are jujutsu sorcerers like Gojo Satoru and all of them – what are they, actually and truly? They fight for humans' side, sure, but they couldn't be furthest from humanity with their powers: they are masters of wielding cursed energy. And who else are natural masters of wielding cursed energy? Cursed spirits. So Satoru and you are on the exact same primeval, instinctive plane now. You're surprised by his conduct at first, but why are you? Of course he won't fuck you as gently as a human anymore. But over the course of it, you adapt, like any wild animal adapts to its new conditions. You hiss when he bites you so hard he breaks skin – but you also smile, you can't help it. You shriek when he bends your spine so roughly as he's hitting it from behind that he cracks one of your vertebrae – but you also grin. You scream out when he pulls your thigh over his shoulder in mating press and scratches off a layer of your skin in the process– but you also laugh.

But the fear never leaves, never weans. Knowing that now Satoru let himself completely loose thanks to you being a curse, there was always the possibility that he could decide to atomise you with Infinite Void mid-thrust. Or wring your neck so hard while cumming that your RCT might fail due to total disconnection of your head from your body. That fear was always there, always rife, and it made you vibrate and feel more alive than you'd ever felt before. But it also presented real danger, thus combining into the most distilled, potent formula in you – the seamless amalgam of fear and lust.
