a life update into the void?

summer’s first tan is settling in to my skin, I feel warm and sticky and my hair is unruly in the way that I kind of like it. the ends are blonde again. I spent the weekend drunk and vacilitating between actually pretty happy and surrounded by friends and present in that moment and very, very sad and preoccupied with feelings that are out of my control. I scrubbed myself clean of the cigarette stink and we’ll see how long that lasts. I haven’t had an appetite since leaving cape cod. I’m working on yet another mixtape in honor of friendship and unrequited love, I’m hoping it won’t be as sappy as the first one. I’m working on embroidering another denim jacket for myself and I still haven’t finished writing or laying out this zine I swear I’ll have done by saturday morning.
