I am taking the day off or at least half of the day off and play project zomboid and watch anime.

I am starting to have the same death grip issue again, with my hands holding pens making my fingers hurt at the end of the day, and also my career improving/self employment/ solo business whatever it is called.

Accidentally ate expired oatmeal yesterday made me sick the whole day.

I have a very bad history of getting food poisoning due to not being able to identify if something is bad. This is technically the 3rd time this year I made myself sick thanks to food that isn't food anymore.

Anyway, before I go back to cooking breakfast and working again this Sunday (working meaning drawing stuff, doing some graphic design practice and video editing practice) I will write a long brain dump on my grail book.

Also, sporadic exercises through out the day kinda helps the energy stabilize, although I still crash out in the late afternoon since I am still adjusting to day time again.

I am going to buy an office chair first before I buy an ergonomic mouse, thanks to band royalties I got extra cash.
