I’m back haha I guess healing is not real

I don’t understand why I always get fat shamed by my family, yes I am fat we know this I’m 22 you’ve known this for 22 years of my life but why the fuck do you feel the need to pinch my stomach or when I talk about how I got two of the same item in the same exact size and one fits different you say that of course the one that fits nicely is waaaay bigger we are all fucking fat so why do I get treated so badly I feel so insane and I should have gone to therapy but I felt so fat and ridiculous

Feel very much like shit today

Exhausting a lot of brain power to not develop an eating disorder but my family is always making me feel bad about myself I love it

I just found out the tea I drank this morning has 10 calories I had one last night too 🧍🏽‍♀️THIS WAS NOT PLANNED

Hmm maybe I should have gone to therapy and then I would be concerned instead of relating and feeling a closer connection to someone I do not know hehe

But also I have gained 60lbs in the past year so I feel like shit but I will loose it all I swear to god also I feel so bad because I saw a picture of my fav kpop idol looking so fuckin sickly skinny and it’s comforting to see that I have no idea why but hey I am also crazy haha

I ended up ignoring all of my therapy appts soooo here I am but hey skinny time 🥺 lol I needed help

Ok so they want me to get therapy for my Ed :( but also :) also I am being referred to a therapist who is catholic so I’m happy about that because I am struggling haha anyway life is pretty good ! I’m feeling better already!!!
