Busyness is immaterial, the young lady insisted I must back her for a while. Though I am fairly adept at wrapping & back-packing all my kids this way (during their toddlers years), I could only adopt this position for a few minutes. But her mother and granny does this almost effortlessly. They often do this even while carrying loads from long distances or busy about endless household chores. Give it to them - women, mothers.
