Working on myself, for myself, by myself

Its okay if you dont have your whole life together by a certain age. Life is not a script you should follow in order to have everything be perfect (without it containing any changes whatsoever). You still have time to learn, you still have time to love, you still have time to find out, explore and see. Don't be afraid to take your time to achieve your goals and shape your life the way you want it, but also don't forget to stop and enjoy the beauty you might find on the way.

I talked to my mum the other day, and she told me that when you’re in your 20’s, you feel everyone is better than you. You feel that everyone is smarter, they are better, they are doing more, they got it all handled. And then she told me, that as you get older, you learn that it was not true, it was never true. Everyone is not better than you. Everyone isn’t doing more than you, everyone isn’t smarter and everyone do not have it all handled. Now, I hope I get that into my head some day soon. And until then, I’m gonna work on that and talk about it, cause I’m not alone in feeling this. I hope we all learn this, no matter if you are in your 20’s, or younger or older. Don’t sell yourself short.

if voicing concerns, needs, wants, feelings etc etc etc “ruins” something, let it get ruined.

I could always feel the ending before it came. Like a book that’s almost finished. I counted down the pages I had left, and cried every time I had to turn the page .

being in yr 20s is abt experiencing the worst thing you can imagine & then having to go to the grocery store
