Amantius gestures toward the Hokulani Observatory -- or, rather, he lifts a cube-leg and waves it vaguely in the building’s direction.

"ᴘᴀʀʀʀ... ᴘᴀʀʀᴅᴏɴ ᴍᴇ."

He stares down at the being, then flips one of his lower eyes so as to see her at her level.

She laughs– a bit too loudly.

“Oh, to some…” She pauses, still chuckling a little, to sip her wine. “Mm. The po-ta-to is a lovely little plant that can be prepared in many different ways as food. Mashed is one such way… Ah… Amantius, dear, sweet Amantius, tell me, do,” she squints up at him, “any of you eat?”

"ɪ... sᴇᴇ."

It does make sense that the small beings would have different energy sources. They can’t all have the privilege of being cubes, after all...

They’re so light, Amantius almost doesn’t realize they’re there. It’s only when one crawls across his eye that he looks to see if there are more.
