He picks up the pamphlet, giving a smile and a nod that meant "Go ahead" to his classmate, Kimiko.
Quirklessness affected his everyday life.
It plagued his dreams. What once he thought were nightmares, of him embracing the void, now were dreams of longing, sad for what had been lost.

Desiring a break for months to enjoy herself, Tomoko requested the day off. It didn’t matter what she did, except that she spent quality me time to herself.
Planning out a list of different items that were needed or things she could do throughout the day, she traveled to Tokyo. Staying at a close friend’s for the weekend, Tomoko promised she would spend the next few days with her after she spent Friday alone.
Having a purse across her shoulder and a mug of tea in hand, she began her adventure for the day. Starting with clothes, makeup, and accessories, she didn’t find anything that spoke to her particularly, except for a few more cardigans, slacks, and button-down shirts that fit her nicely.
Saving her favorite items to shop for last, Tomoko headed toward the electronics stores, concluding she could find something that floated her boat. It was one of the few things that she could add style or make her own anymore with her no longer being able to be a hero.
Picking out a few quirky and helpful items to help her in the office, she spun around, bumping into the person next to her as she left the building. “…I have had the worst luck in running into people lately. I’m sorry.” She apologized, bowing down respectfully.

Mirio blinked, looking at the person bowing to him. Offering a shiny grin, he waved his hand.
"Oh, its alright, don't you worry about it!" He beams, and adjusts the package of brand new headphones he was holding into the crook of his elbow. As she rose to her feet, he frowned a bit. Huh...
"I'm sorry, have we met before?" He asks, taking the sight of her face in. "You seem very familiar."
Yes, he was aware he sounded terribly corny, but she did look familiar. He couldn't quite put his finger on it though...
