After so much work, so many rewrites, and a little bit of fear about sharing it with you, TYRANNYTALE finally has its beginning published.

The Prologue, Chapter 1, and Chapter 2 are out now, the first piece of a world I've carried in my heart for a long time, and that I can finally share with you.

I don't really know how to say this except like this: thank you to those who've been waiting, thank you to those discovering this story only now, and thank you in advance to anyone who decides to give it a chance 🖤

I managed to get unstuck and finish that darn third chapter. The challenge was to make sure the chapter wasn’t too short and that it effectively conveyed the relationship between the main characters. The thing was, between two characters who don’t know exactly what the other will say—since they haven’t seen each other in a long time and have taken very different and questionable paths—what on earth would they say to each other? How would they react? In short, a thousand questions to make sense of the scene I’d written.

Someone might say, Angel, why didn’t you change the scene if it was hard to write? Because… the lore, the characters… Okay, okay, maybe I’m a masochist, fine? I like challenges!

Anyway, guys, I’m finally making progress and developing Chapter 4, and depending on how long it takes me to remember how to draw and when Chapter 5 of Deltarune comes out (the moment the fandom revives), I’ll decide when and how to publish the first chapters.

I think I’ll publish the prologue and the first two chapters first, then depending on how I’m doing and what’s needed, I’ll figure out how to publish the rest.

In short, if all goes well, I should be able to develop the subsequent chapters faster.

Today I wanted to give you an update on the overall situation.

So! The chapters are coming along, and I’ve figured out how to wrap up the third chapter and get started on the fourth. I’m also polishing the prologue and the first two chapters so I can deliver the story to you without any issues or typos. So everything’s going well!

By the way, progress is a bit slow, not because I’m lazy, but because I’ve decided to bring you the chapters along with some character concept art!

I’ve been working hard to brush up on my drawing skills and find a style that works best for me to bring my characters to life!

I’ve attached a couple of sketches below.

Possible lip designs for Queen, drawn by a friend of mine as a reference to help me remember how to draw lips. And an eye I drew myself! I’m trying to figure out if it works for Queen, but I’m not entirely convinced at the moment…

Well! I hope you can be patient! Because I want to bring Tyranny Tale to you to the best of my ability, and above all, I want to show you what the characters look like!

In the underground, the age of the sun is long gone. Only the stalactites remain, reflecting the faint light from the surface into those dark caverns. A distant echo of a freedom long forgotten.

Fear, loneliness, uncertainty. Going out at night has become synonymous with a death sentence. The Sovereign sees conspiracies everywhere, a wrong gesture, a word out of place. Even buying bread could cost you everything. The rebels believed they were bringing hope. They only made everything more dangerous. Now the underground doesn't just fear the queen, it fears itself.

And yet there are those who haven't stopped. Not out of courage, but out of the weight of those who reached out to you when you needed it most and whom you cannot abandon. For a question that never stops coming back, stubborn as a wound that won't heal: what if she's still in there? Will I be able to do the right thing?

I apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, school has been taking up a lot of my energy and hasn’t left me any time to continue writing the chapters.

My graphics tablet has arrived!

I’ve been waiting for it so I can get to work learning how to draw better, so I can share character concepts with you too!

Now, I just need to do a little general refresher since I haven’t drawn in years, and most importantly, I need to figure out how the tablet works.
