sweet and sincere.

your existence is something I cherish, even if I can't voice it daily, weekly, or monthly -- just know that I care for you immensely. my silence lately is just me letting you know I'm giving you the time and space you need and I'm okay with things. I don't want us to drift apart ever, but I think right now we both know that space is okay and comforting, at times. I am happy, I just have my days -- regardless of my feelings just be aware that you always always always have a very tender place in my heart and I will be here for as long as you keep me around.

i like how upon meeting someone new, they're a mystery to you. i like that you write the screenplay as you wish, unraveling the clues with your fingertips. you ask them what you want to know, like how they take their tea, and you listen intently as you watch the words slip off their tongue. i like that the more words that caress your ears, the more beautiful the person becomes to you -- something as simple as "no cream, one sugar" is like grasping that clue and stashing it into your memory box for safe keeping. the more clues you gather, more of the mystery fades. the mystery becomes something deeper and they become a part of you.

i won't apologize for what i'm feeling.

I guess it's just the fact that I am normally a very optimistic person, the fact that I can laugh about anything, etc... but lately I have been the solid support for so many people who are hurting and I kept pushing my own stuff back further and further and I'm kind of boiling over now. I'm glad to be everyone's support, I am, I'm happy to know I can cheer someone up and bring them up from being so down, I guess I just need to actually listen to myself and take my own advice, and that's the hardest thing.
