Turned my hand to the making of an adorable baby blanket! The pattern, Dragonfly Mile a Minute, comes from StitchedUpByEmma. The yarn I used here was a super soft acrylic from my stash, Caron Cloud Cakes in Rah-Rah Raspberry, and a little white eding to make it pop.
Just finished this lovely little project of the U-Turn Mitts with this absolutely gorgeous yarn from Wool&Vinyl which I got in a surprise bag in the colorway Wicked Annabella.
These mitts are going to be perfected with the cold winds that are kicking up around here. And! I have enough left in the skein to make another pair :)
Day 3 update:
After hours of this damn purple and the absolute tragedy that is edging. The project is done!
This robe is stunning and dramatic, everything it was promised to be 😁
Day 2 end of work update:
The gray fabric continues to be as aggravating as possible but the sleeves make me giggle uncontrollably which makes continued work hard. Progress was good today.
Made it to the first section of the skirt. Unfortunately, this was too much for my machine to handle so that took hours, but I think it looks pretty good.

The first sleeve has caused giddy shrieking so the pain of that gray fabric is totally worth it!
Day 2: got those last pieces of the pattern cut from the purple. Started on construction, found that I abhor this gray fabric in conjunction with my sewing machine. Had to resort to hand stitching.
Will report back after some bandaids
Only the purple pieces left to cut out. Making good progress on this WIP Wednesday, but I got to tap out for the night.

I want to start sharing with this absolutely amazing scrunchie. I use it all the time now. I found the pattern here by Savlabot called the Lacey Crochet Scrunchie. I had recently gotten this amazing kid mohair silk blend yarn and knew I just had to make a hairthing with it. I think it turned out beautifully!
