Just when you thought it as too late to enroll in health insurance, CMS saves the day.  In what promises to be a highly contest move, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced yet another special enrollment period (SEP).  This time, the enrollment period is only for those who qualify.
